Because credits are digital goods consumed immediately upon use, credits that have been used are non-refundable.
If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any of those credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@thumbcept.com with your purchase email. Refunds are issued at our discretion and to the original payment method via Stripe.
If a technical error on our end results in credits being deducted without a successful generation, we will restore those credits upon request.
